Dear Students, Welcome to Google Drive: Creating, Sharing and Collaborating. This is a 2-module, fully online technology course. The course is designed to follow the South Carolina State Standards for computer science. We will be focusing on three main components within the Google Drive - CREATE - SHARE - COLLABORATE! Since this is an online course, Moodle will be used for assignment submissions, quizzes, and online discussion. Your current school e-mail will be used for all other correspondence. It will be your responsibility to check your account daily for important information and updates. All non-confidential questions about the course should be posted in the General Questions Tab in Moodle so all students may benefit from the answer.

Delivery
This course is broken into 2 modules. Each module will include a combination of readings, videos, assignments and quizzes and discussions with online classmates. The modules are assessed individually and should be completed in the order in which they are assigned to understand course content and build upon prior knowledge. Discussion questions are used throughout the course to promote online collaboration with classmates.
Workload
This course requires an average of 5-8 hours per week. Module lengths will depend on the topics within them. Students should log into the course at least three times per week to ensure assignments are completed on time and make themselves aware of any announcements or changes to the schedule.
